Antique Plaster Architectural Detail

An antique plaster architectural detail with a wonderful patina.

This beautiful piece, with its stylized rose, has some serious age to it. It would have originally been used as a decorative accent on the exterior of an English building and has acquired a perfect patina over time.

There is a chip on the top edge and wear to the lime coating, both of which add to its charm. There is a small (almost invisible) hole alongside one of the leaves, where it would have been originally affixed, that would assist in wall-hanging.

The architectural detail measures 23cm wide x 25.5cm high x 3cm thickness.
