An antique carved wooden butter stamp depicting a stag in a forest glade.
There is an old chip to the wooden handle (see images) that has been worn smooth from continued use. There is one small dark spot above the stag's head, but the stamp is otherwise a beautiful bleached wood. At 11cm in diameter x 6 cm deep this is a large butter stamp.
